Bringing the Congress to you

Community energy groups are located all over Australia and getting to the Congress can be a challenge. So thanks to the support of the Victorian Government, we’re bringing the Congress to communities!

The Congress will be streamed and regional Congress Hubs will be available in some areas for people to gather and watch the Congress on Wednesday 6th March. Hubs can be located anywhere around Australia where you have a good internet connection and some space to gather.

If you have a community energy group in your community, or a group of enthused locals who want to get one going, get a group together, organise some food and chats between sessions, and experience the Congress almost as if you were there. There will be the ability to send questions to the speakers and an interactive workshop session in the afternoon that everyone, online and in-person at the Congress, will be able to participate in.

Keep an eye out for notices of Congress hubs in your area, or check out the list below. Contact your local council, library or community centre to see if they can host a hub. Details on what’s required to host a hub can be found here.
